FAYE DE LANTY | BON VOYAGE AUSTRALIA

Hope you all had a lovely Merry Christmas and had lots of presents! I have decided to post this little post about the amazing Faye De Lanty. Another friend of mine which left earlier this year to the land of New York City to continue her creative adventure! These are the photos from her little farewell dinner and I thought I had to document a little bit of it and her house too! Also a fun fact- previous rock star member of INXS, Michael Hutchence use to live in her house and her room! I quite love her furniture.


If you don't know Faye, you may remember the days when she was the host on Totally Wild. She was also a premiere TV trainer at NIDA and also runs her own own fashion label Love Chile, which encapsulates her funky, rock and roll, hippy style. Faye also runs, Fashion Hound, a weekly video blog that captures stories and styles of people. Check out her Youtube channel here and her pieces in local online magazine NineToFive here. She is definitely a talented one!

ALL THAT REMAINS | DR DENIM | GRAM | BONEL PR

On Friday, I visited the Bonel Pr showroom to check out their new designers. Their latest addition, All That Remains, was one that stood out to me. The label is designed by Leah Lockley and included lots of suede, hand crafted pieces and laces. Her items can be bought here and also available at Desordre. I tried 2 capes on by All That Remains, and it's something fun for winter. I swished around, so I thought to make a gif file below. I feel like it's definite a piece for fashion week!

I also tried on a burgundy jacket by Dr Denim. Burgundy/Maroon is such a popular colour right now and I love it! Dr Denim also have a poping colour range of denim too!

The woven shoe is by Gram and its something cool, a bit hippy but not to mention how comfy it is, with an extra cushion padding inside. Sadly they only had one of the pair, so I couldn't show you both of them.

VIVIEN'S MODELS & CREATIVE XMAS PARTY 2011

On Wednesday night, I was invited to VIVIEN'S Models and Creative's annual Christmas party, held at Kit & Kaboodle in Kings Cross. I always love the presence of models, only just to wish I was just as tall and as good in their looks.

The night saw some of Vivien's top models, stylist and photographers in attendance. Knowing me, I couldn't pass up an opportunity to snap some happy model moments celebrating the end of the year, so here is the result. We grooved to the beats of The Franchi Brothers, sharing passionate kisses and secrets. I also met one of the models of the moment, the Stenmark twins, Jordan.

Pumping red Belvedere Vodka cocktails, duck noodle salad, bbq king prawns, southern fried chicken drumettes, sushi and other canapes were served through out the night.
