As you may have seen on twitter a few weeks ago, I was on set behind the scenes of the shoot for Speedo's Summer 2012 collection, shot at Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre. There were also lots of press on the scene from The Australian, to Channel 9 to Fox Sport, interviewing them.
The campaign shot by photographer Tomasz Machnik, will feature Australian swimming Olympian Andrew Lauterstein and World Champion James (The Missile) Magnussen (pictured above respectively) wearing the new range of Speedo swimwear which includes bright and vibrant prints from Speedo ‘Flipturns’ range, new summer colours in Speedo Water shorts and performance wear.
The concept of the shoot revolved around the different elements of water - in and out
with Machnik capturing some amazing underwater shots and fun spontaneous action water shots.

It was a fun shoot, with the swimmers jumping in and out of water. Can't wait to see how the shots turn out! I think the coloured water shorts are going to perfect for the beach!
